How StoreKnows works
Check → see the answers → try the fixes → enable → verify → before and after. Everything runs inside your Shopify admin.
1. Run a check
StoreKnows reads your catalog (products, variants, metafields, metaobjects, size charts) and builds up to 14 realistic shopper questions with a recorded reference answer for each. Simulated shoppers on ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude models then ask those questions through the native storefront tools Shopify provides on every store.
2. Read the answers, and what was behind them
Each answer is graded against its reference: answered correctly, partly, or not. You see the answer text, the assistant that gave it, the product data it should have found, and the gap when it did not.
3. Try a fix with your own question
Where your data supports it, StoreKnows proposes a read-only tool: answer “does this fit?”, recommend a size, filter by weight, size or material, compare two products, check a captured variant price and stock. Type any question in the preview and see the answer and the product details it used. Nothing is published by trying.
4. Enable and publish what helps
Enabling is a one-time charge per store, with no subscription; the current price is on the Shopify App Store listing. You review exactly which product fields become public, approve, and publish. The tools are added beside Shopify's own through a theme app embed you switch on and can switch off.
5. Verify on your storefront
StoreKnows visits your storefront and confirms the tools are available, then keeps checking daily. This proves availability, not answer accuracy.
6. Same question, better answer
The same check runs again after publishing, so you see what actually changed, side by side, per assistant.
